I went online to www.ergocube.com from a web search. I needed a new back brace and found what I was looking on their site. I ordered it, was billed for it and have not received it. I am not able to track the package with the link they sent in my order confirmation. I have tried to contact this company NUMEROUS times via telephone, emails, website contact and fax. No response. I have since tried to dispute this bill on my credit card, but it will probably not go anywhere since Ergocube has already been paid. Stupid me. I have never had a problem shopping online until this episode. They are theifs!
