I contacted Tim Niswonger owner of Canine Orthopedic Brace to have a brace made for my dog. After speaking to Tim, I had my dog's leg casted (this was to serve as a mold for the brace). I sent the cast and a check for 150.00.
Thankfully when I mailed the package I requested a confirmation receipt. Tim received the package 3 days after I had mailed it. I called him to confirm he had received it, and he had.
Our next conversation consisted of Tim telling me I would receive the brace at the end of the week. It never came. I proceeded to call Tim on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the following week. He never called back. I had a family member from another state contact him (pretending to want a brace for their dog). They never actually spoke to Tim but he did try and contact them several times. He is alive and well.
