I first begin dealing with Bill and Cathie Knell November. They requested I send them a Money Gram from Walmart to Jamie Knell in Gilbert, Az. They said there was quite a bit of interest in this puppy therefore I should send them a Money Gram and call or e-mail them the Money Transfer Number right away. They told me the money goes to the Breeder.
Bill told me my kids would be getting their puppy delivered to them in November, but when the time came he claimed the puppy's weight was down due to not making the transition from soft to hard food. I had attempted to contact him many times at different phone numbers. When I finally did get in touch with him, he stated the lines had been busy due to a storm or other conditions out of his control.
In December I finally requested a refund due to Bill's lack of follow through. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of him. He finally e-mailed me and said he would give me a refund. I had to down load a refund form, fill it out and mail it to him. He always put all of the responsibility on the "co-breeder." He stated the co-breeder would have to issue the refund and that's why this was held up. Always an excuse after another.
I finally gave him a deadline to send the refund by. I told him that I would take the appropriate steps to file a police report for fraud if I didn't receive the refund. He then blocked my e-mail and now I'm in the process of following through with the police report. I will also file with the BBB and I'm considering contacting Gary Harper from channel 3 on your side so that he can follow up with this story. I'm sure there are many disappointed children with broken spirits because these people raise families hopes just to crush them without any remorse.
