II to have been told by Dan my order has been shiped. I placed a order on 1.18.08. Los angeles

I placed a order on 1.18.08 and was told by Dan that they have computer problems and will ship my order as soon as those problems are resolved. I called back a week later and was told they are out of stock. The karma will come back to bite those that are scam artists.
