I purchased an order with TheDVDPlanet.org around Christmas time for a 69.99 dvd collection. I did not receive anything for about two weeks. I sent an email complaining and they explained that they were out of stock of the merchandise and that it would take anouther 2-3 weeks and they would mail it out in express mail. That was the only time I recieved a response and the next thing I know the website is shut down with no explaination.
