H & R Block
Tax Cut took my tax refund and refused to refund check

This year like every other year I did my taxes using Tax Cut and this year I decided to use their simple pay to pay for e-filing.

To make a long story short, the IRS deposited my money into HRB Bank on Jan. 30, it is now February 11, and to date, I still haven't received my refund check. I have called HRB Bank, they have even less that helpful in their efforts in getting me my money.

I have been lied to by as many as 18 customer service reps and 4 supervisors. I was told that HRB sent my money back to the IRS, that they would send me a check in 10 to 15 days, that my money went to HSBC (a bank that HR Block used last year). I guess you can say I've heard it all even down to "your check is in the mail".
I contacted the IRS in hopes that they could help me but they couldn't.

The IRS asked me to get good phone numbers on HRB because all they had were numbers to automated services.
At this point I am at the mercy of H & R Block and Tax Cut. No money, No answers.
Who do you call about your tax return held hostage when even the IRS hands are tied?
