Simple Pay Simply a Rip OFF Internet

I have used H & R Block and simple pay (Where they take their filing fee directly our of your refund) for the past five years and the process has always been painless and I have always received my money on time. Until this year. The IRS deposited my refund into H&R Blocks Bank on 1/25 and when it was not re-deposited into my account I called HR Block and they told me there was a 1-3 business day processing time. There has never been a "processing time" in the past and when signing up for simple pay no where did it state that it would take 3 business days to deduct their fee. Why would I pay a 29.99 simple pay conveninece charge for them to hold my money. During that call on 1/25/08 I was told that they had received my refund that morning and that it was scheduled to be deposited on 1/29. Guess what... Its 1/29 and no money!!! I called again and was told that it should be there tomorrow as that would be the third business day. I asked if they could check and make sure it is scheduled to be deposited and they said they didn't have that information. I asked to speak with a supervisor and when he got on the line he told me he could only give me 2 minutes of his time. I asked that he get someone else that could offer me more than a 2 minunte conversation to resolve this and he said no. When I explained what was going on he just told me that I needed to call back if I didn't have it by close of business tomorrow and they would try and "escilate" my inquiry. I asked him if he had a contact name and/or number for the bank that was responsible to insure the money was deposited tomorrow since he said he had no access to this and he said he could not give me that information And then told me he was late for a meeting and had to end the call. WTH??? I am furious!!! I am a single mother of 2 children and I really need this money. And they could care less. No one can tell me the same thing twice. I wish I had done research before using this again this year as I have found many many people with the same complaint. But then again, I had never had any problems in the past. The customer service person told me they had changed banks. Something needs to be done. This should be a crime. I will never use them again. And don't advise anyone else to use them either.
