Ripped off by Dish Network again!

Dear Dish Network,

Effective today I have called and canceled by service with Dish Network based on Dish Network's inability to provide the service they promised. I have been continually overcharged and my attempts to correct these billing mistakes has caused stress, tension and many problems in my household. I am continually put on hold, I am continually disconnected and I am continually in turmoil because of Dish Network. Recently your equipment failed and started a loud banging coming from the box and an serious error message was reflected on our new flat screen tv "serious error with hard drive" - when I called to report the problem I was told I would be charged for a service call. I told the Dish Network representative that that was not acceptable since the problem was no fault of ours and I could not watch my tv because of the defective property of Dish network for 3 days. After the equipment was replaced I received a bill for $199 for a new box! After two days on the phone with repeated disconnects, refusal to let me speak to a supervisor and promises to call back that never materialized I was finally able to reach a supervisor and the charge was reversed. Today when calling to disconnect my service, finally after 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone, operator EP9 told me she had disconnected the service but that she would not reverse the intended $130 "Cancellation" fee. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me she did not have one that she was the very highest I could go to air my complaint. I simply do that believe that and I hold Dish Network responsible for the repeated lies told by their agents on the phone.

I have received the worst service in my life from dish network and i am not going to pay a $130 cancellation fee because you could not provide the service you promised. I was continually overcharged, lied to and in fact, mistreated by dish network. Please reverse any "cancellation" charge on my account effective immediately.
