Did not do what they state they would do. Sell my time share

WE Gave them 499.00 to sell our time share. They said that they can sell it in 30 to 60 days. Never call us, we alway call them. They telling that they someone intersting in buying but never got any where. Since august they told us to call back in two weeks, never had a answer.
