On February 5, I contacted OSC COMMUNICATIONS Costumer Services regarding a long distance phone call from Atlanta NE, GA; that I never made nor did I received. I was told that all they can do for me is to block my line so it won't happen again in the future; however, I would have to pay the charge of $20.00.
The funny thing of this is that I don't have long distance service, and I have never made a telephone call out of California.
I was also told that if i don't pay, I would be sent to collection.
