On December 22, I placed an order for a funny t-shirt for my best friend's birthday from what I believed to be a legitimate site, ThreadPit. Little did I know I would live to regret this decision. The order I placed came to approximately $30 including the cost of delivery. The minute I placed the order I received an email saying most orders ship within two days and that my order was being processed. This was all the communication I was to receive from ThreadPit over the course of several weeks. A little concerned in early January that my package had STILL not arrived (and I had no information about what was going on), I sent an email to the contact email provided on the website. This went unanswered. Persistent, I sent another asking the same question. This time, I received a reply saying that the reason I had not heard from them was that they had been on "vacation" (robbery is exhausting I guess) but that my order had been shipped and was due to arrive in 3-8 business days. I was relieved... Until two-and-a-half weeks later when I still had not seen the shirt. I have tried contacting them again however, I remain doubtful that I will ever receive a reply beyond the charge placed on my credit-card. Obviously, I am disgusted with this company. No one else should have to take the hit of a thirty dollar lesson if they can avoid it. I am ripped off and livid.
