Almost two years ago, I ordered and paid for a biometric lock from APSI Biometrics DBA America's Personal Security, Inc. When the lock arrived it did not work and I returned it for a refund. That was almost two years ago.
For over 2 years, I have been trying to get a refund from the owner, Christine Keeling. I cannot count the number of times that she has told me that she issued a refund to my credit card or that she had mailed a check to me weeks ago.
Anyone even thinking about doing business with her and her company should search Pinellas County Civil Records to see her track record. She is a liar and a coward, who hides behind her secretary.
