I was charged appx. $2000.00 dollars in late fees & over charges. It appears as long as i was paying to have a service, they were billing. Out ragious amounts and continous arguments with coustomer service. I always got the classic "hold please" & then a dial tone. (hang up's) For 2 years ive put up w / cingulars crap! And now they desrve what they did to me, right back! Now they have disconnected my service and marked fraud use on my account! Please Help!!! I dont know what to do next.
