I bought a Spring Air Matteress set on May 09. The name of the matteress was Spring Air Memory 6/6 Set, with a Spring Air Box 6/6 foundation. I bought the set at America's Matteress, 111 South State Road 19 Unit 2

Right after I purchased the set, It developed a deep depression on the right side, to about center ways. It is so deep, over 2 inches, making it impossible to turn over in bed. And getting worse.
When I contacted America's Matteress about the problem, I was told 'Sorry there's nothing we can do about the problem". It was in August that I talked to them.
I contacted them a couple more times over the next two months and they refferred me to the factory Rep. For Consolidated Bedding. The Rep. Never contacted me about the problem. I called America's Matteress once again and was told that Consolidated Bedding now had a new policy and would not be contacting me.
Instead they would give me a form to fill out and send to their Customer Service Dept. I filled the form out and sent it in on the 20th of November.
The form stated that I would hear from them within 3 days, after they get the form. I have yet to hear from them as of Jan 24.
After contacting America's Matteress onceagain, whereupon I was told "Sorry we can't help you" I began searching for additional help in the matter.
