We bought a queen size Serta Nightstar Elite mattress and box springs in October the price was 999.00. Very thick nice matteress with pillow top and never needs turning.
Well here it is just 2 years later and it is almost to the point where we sleep on the floor or couch due to all the holes and dips. Matteress still is great to look at but that is worthless.
The mattress can't be turned to help this problem. The mattress has never been moved from it's original bed frame it was bought for. Same house same place. I have never paid 1000.00 for a matteress in my life but never have I had a cheap one only last 2 years either.
I have sent several emails and made several calls with no response from either. At least some people have stated someone came to see if there was an inch and a half deep hole. I have talked to no one since I can not get email or calls returned but, I can assure you my matteress holes surpass the inch and a half by far.
