Overcharged $41.91 for each 2 minute phone calls and they dropped one of the calls!

While in France, I made calls back home to California. The price listed was 3.10 euro per minute and never listed anything about a connection fee.

I made a 4 minute phone call the first night.

The next night I made a 2 minute phone call before it was dropped. Being that it was important I get a hold of my family, I called back again and talked for about 10 minutes.

When I returned home, I found out that the company had charged $41.91 for BOTH the 4 minute AND 2 minute phone call — different call lengths, same price?

And the longer call cost me $61.87!

That means that that 4-minute call, which should have cost less than half of what it was, was a 25 Euro connection fee?

Very shady! Do not trust this company. But a phone card instead.

My travelling partner was also overcharged. She tried to call the company when we returned home, and they accused her of being a liar before hanging up on her!

Very rude and unprofessional! Someone needs to shut this place down!
