Had a five-burner stove top. One burner was broken.
AHS selected vendor, sent to house. Could not open range to gain access to broken part. Forced TWO stuck nuts, both broke bolts off inside unit and are now permanently stuck. Forced rotation broke off gas piping, now TWO MORE units do not work.
AHS says they don't cover "access issues" and that I have to work it out with the vendor THEY SELECTED (who obviously claims they were just trying to fix the unit).
The vendor, All Brands Appliance of Jacksonville FL (HORRIBLE!) now doesn't return any phone calls and I guess its for the Courts now.
Four months since ticket was opened. Appliance worse than before. Everyone's washing their hands of it...
