I paid this man $450.00 in advance to remove 10 accounts from each of my credit reports. He was to solicit my reports on my behalf and I was to mail them as soon as received them. He could only work on reports that he received.

Four months later I hadn't received the third report. Which meant that he was only working on two. I called him and had to speak with his wife because he was brushing me off. I could only speak with him when his wife didn't feel like talking to me. All they told me was "we've solicited the third report, received confirmation from the Bureau and that's all we can do." as if I was holding the report. Why? It's to my benefit that he gets it and helps me. I was trying to buy a house a year after I paid him!

They deleted six accounts from only two of the reports and then asked me for another $200.00 because I was "approaching the ten limit". I told (him and his wife) them that I didn't want to send him more money until they at least RECEIVED the third report.

I asked them if there was someone I could call or write to to find out why it wasn't getting to my house and they told me "NO" over and over again. They offered no other solutions. That there was nothing else they could do. As if I was bothering them. Unacceptable. How do we fix this problem?!?!

Basically, they were telling me that i was stuck. THey would work on the two and if the other one arrived, they would start working on it then. I took it upon myself to call the credit bureau and ask why I hadn't received the report. They couldn't figure it out and said they would send it again and e-mail it to me as well. Easy...

While I was on the phone with the Bureau, I found out that these Credit Repair companies are not supposed to collect the money until after the job is complete. I also found out that they are supposed to give you at least a time frame of when they would complete the job. I was never told that either by the couple.

I also found out that I had about 8 different social security numbers listed under my report. I filed my own disputes on those, I received a report from them. I sent it to him and his wife.

A week later, when him and his wife received the third report I sent, his wife called me SCREAMING that I had interfered with there jobs and they were no longer responsible for the disputed items. WOW!!! THis was SEVEN months into this job. Now they could start sending letters to that Bureau.

When I signed the contract with them, I let him know that there was an item on my report that belonged to someone who decided to put my name on their credit card as a joint owner. I never signed anything nor used it. It wasn't mine and shouldn't be on my report. I told him this and he insisted that for right now it was helping me. The person defaulted on payments and its still on my report. SO what is this man and his wife doing besides giving me a hard time?! The credit Bureaus and mortgage brokers all told that this would have been the EASIEST thing to remove.

Well, now ten months later I receive a report and mail it to them. The wife called me and told me that she received it to late and she would need another $20.00 to solicit another one. I offered to get it free and send it to them and she refused. I was waiting to get paid and a week and a half later she called me and told me that she wasn't going to work on my credit anymore because I hadn't sent her the $20.00 she asked for!

Now I CANNOT BELIEVE that after I waited SEVEN months for the third report that they couldn't wait TWO weeks!!! Oh and they didn't speak any English here in the United States of America!

My Spanish isn't the greatest so I wanted to set up an appointment to bring my Fiance to help. I had already tried speaking with them and my mother on three-way but they treated us as if we were stupid.

By the way, I am in my mid thirties and well-educated. They refused to meet me in person all this time and finally said they would have someone who spoke English call me so that I may voice my concerns. A week later I have received no phone call. I am out the $450.00 and am loosing the deal on the house because of the one item I said wasn't mine to delete. I have never been this disappointed in a company. My mistake was doing business with these type of people.
