This company took $297.00 from my acct. I wrote to them the day they were deducting and asked them to not charge my account. Got no response. Called them and was told that i had 10 days to review, and i didn't call them on the tenth day and i was stuck paying for the program. I told the customer service person that I had emailed them on the tenth day and asked what the $297.00 deduction was for.
I didn't hear back via email, so i called the company and was told that I had to pay that amount because I had gone beyond the 10 day trial period. I told them again that on the tenth day, i replied to an email sent to me regarding the deduction that they were going to take. I was asked to forward the email to them and that they would call me back. It's been 5 days and I haven't heard back. I was confused when i went to their site and didn't realize that I had given permission to charge me.
I want my money back and feel as though their wording was tricky. I don't usually fall for stuff like this, but for some reason, I got fooled.
