I Phone was supposedly shipped on January 16th and never arrived National

I have been working on getting a free I Phone since July. I used the refferal method and completed all offers and referals by December 11. The company says the phone was shipped on January 16 but has not arrived. I have contacted them several times, but all I get is that they will look into it and never get any answers. Help!
