Glacial Energy, a company headquartered in Texas, but doing business in 6 other states, hires employees and independent contractors to sell their electrical energy services to small to large sized businesses.
As an independent contractor, I submitted contracts that I had sold to Glacial Energy in return for commissions based upon the monthly electrical usage of the business. All commissions are to be paid on the 15th day of each month, by direct deposit as stated in the Agent's Contract & Agreement.
Since September of Glacial has either refused or ignored the payments due on each due date. Only after repeated contact with the company and its local and national representatives, were payments made. Always late and in breech of contract. Most recently, the company has reduced the amount of commissions paid, by changing the terms of the Agent's Contract, after the fact.
Today, the 15th of January, dawns the same, with no commissions deposited.
To future individuals who might consider employment with this company, beware that they have committed multiple offenses, including fraud, theft of service, misrepresentation, and at least 2 instances of breech of contract.
This is not an individual complaint. There are numerous other individuals who are suffering the same actions.
