I was told by Matthew Powers of housevalues that I would be receiving exclusive leads that would help me be more successful in my mortgage business. Housevalues said per the email that I would receive leads from the area that I requested which was in a very good established neighborhood in Tucson Arizona. This was a lie, I would get crappy leads with made up names with no way to contact the customer and if by chance you do get one good lead then the customer would block their email so you could not communicate with them. Housevalues said that there was nothing they could do about that.
Housevalues would review the lead that was sent to me to make sure it was a so call good lead in their world. Out of 10 leads 9 would be bad and they would tell me that they would send me more but it would be the same routine again a list of bad leads. This company scams people, they promise you good contacts but it is just people off the internet wanting to know the value of their home or to see what a home out there is worth. That is not a good lead, a good lead is someone that is willing to work with a mortgage loan officer and at least talk to so I can get them pre-approved so they can buy a home. What housevalues has sent me the last 6 months has been a joke and a waste of my money. I have never worked with such a horrible company in my life. I have canceled my contract and now they want 50% of the 6 months left. Can you believe this?
I would like to walk away and have nothing to do with housevalues. I want to get a class action suit against them for fraud advertisement. I can they say that they are giving you leads when they are not. I also feel sorry for those people that want information about a home and they have no clue what is coming next.
