David Crowton runs the site SubmitContent.com where he is trying to use google adsense to make money with hundreds of content based websites. This isn't a problem.
His way of dealing with his employees and "friends", however, is. David likes to use paypal, a means of paying many Internet based people for their services, as a tool to making someone stay with him and do his work, while he does not pay his employees in return.
One employee has been doing developer work for him for two months and has only seen 100 dollars. Another employee was promised 500 dollars and instead received 100, which is now being fought against by Crowton. And another person has done work on 4 servers and started working on a hosting company, but stopped when he realized he wasn't going to get paid the 2500 that he was also owed.
David had previously paid said worker 75 dollars to begin work, and a month and a half later and more than 180 hours later, said worker has seen nothing else for his efforts. He even quit his job to work for this guy.
Now David is using paypal as a method to get to him for quitting by requesting his measly 75 dollars back.
David Crowton will try and tell you a sob story about his kids getting taken away and getting hit by a car to make you feel bad for him, but the fact of the matter is, all of those stories are media hyped up and no one really knows the real story.
All we know is it doesn't change a rip off business where employees get treated like dirt. I think it's about time this man is exposed for who he really is, a con artist.
