I recently got married on April 28. We had booked with Celebration Studios. They had many offices in the Tri-State Area. I also referred friends and family to them as well. I received my proofs and my thanks you cards. I had sent Celebration Studios a CD with all of the information that they had requested in order to start the process of my video. I also had an appointment with them in October to actually start getting my photo album together for myself, my parents and my in-laws.
The appointment in October was cancelled and they had advised me in the upcoming months that all of the albums would be done on-line and I would be able to do it from the comfort of my home. I have left numerous amounts of messages and as it turns out, they are probably going to go bankrupt. I have paid about $5,000.
At this point, I do not care so much about the money. All my husband and I would like are the negatives for our proofs as well as all the video footage. I will get my album and my video done elsewhere. If I can get some money back then that would be additional. Please help. There are many people that I know in this situation.
