We signed a contract with celebration studios for photography services for our wedding which took place in october. We paid in full in advance of our wedding for pictures, 2 parent album, a wedding album for us as a couple and for a wedding video. To date we have received nothing except for our proofs. After numerous phone calls and very questionable customer service we were informed via email that the company filed for bankruptcy. We are extremely disappointed and angry. We have no idea where our picture and albums are (nor our wedding video). This is the most cherished day of our lives and we may never recover our memories which we paid a lot of money to have captured on film and on video. Furthermore, it has been brought to our attention that we will need to take our proofs and unedited video to another vendor and pay full fees to them for their services.in this case we would need to pay to have 3 wedding albums made and a video made.
