Pending "myfav"change for over a month and I was charged $288 in overage

My name is Elvio D Almonte I am a 19 year old computer service technician for the New York City Department of Education and a t-mobile customer. I have a few concerns regarding my account with t-mobile, cell phone number (718) 407-9165. I have had this account for over a year I wanted to remove the smart access spending limit of $150 off of my account but according to a smart access representative who hung up after I asked to speak to a supervisor, the only way I can do this is to extend my contract by another 12 months. My cell is also my business phone number for my online business.

I have had many instances in which a customer complains my number is not in service. Every time I go over my limit my phone service is interrupted. I would like to become a regular t-mobile customer without having to extend my contract. I could easily understand if I were receiving a new phone or accessory but I am not. I am removing a limit on my account so I can pay t-mobile more.

My second concern is on October I opened my first cell phone account with t-mobile. I got a RAZR cell phone with a Bluetooth headset for free in exchange of a 1 yr contract. Two months later the my favs plan was introduced. This plan fitted my needs perfectly so I signed up. I found out today that this extend my contract for another year. Now I intend to stay with t-mobile forever but I don't see how this can be fair.in order for me to pay t-mobile more money I have to extend my contract. I feel this is not fair. I have no issue paying extra money but I have an issue with contracts.

My third and final concern is on November 15 I added a friend's t-mobile cell phone number (646) 510-7631. During the last week of November my friend had the last four digits changed. I could not edit my contact until the next billing cycle with was a few days away. Sometime of after the 6th of December I corrected the number to reflect the change.

On January 3 my service was interrupted and I paid around $288.00. I went to check what happened and on of the my favs contacts stated change in progress. The change was in progress for an entire month and no one or system corrected it but as soon as my spending limit was over by 1 cent my service was interrupted.

I hope you can see why I feel the way I do. I have exhausted every effort in trying to get some help but I feel I have been given the run around. As a young businessman I feel t-mobile is the best wireless solution for my company and personal needs. I hope my concerns will be heard and a fair solution will be granted. I have always held t-mobile up high and knew it is a great service. But if aid is not given to me I have no problem paying the early termination fee, ending my service with t-mobile and writing it off as a business expense. I feel I have been a responsible and loyal customer t-mobile customer. I feel I should have not been given the run around.
