This is my second report, but not for the same company. It involves erroneous charges to my telephone bill from Millington Telephone Company. I use the autopay method, and I am guilty of not looking at the bills before now, as I travel a great deal. This letter of complaint deals with ILO-ILD Telecommunications, which I have never heard of.
When I called the numbers my service provider had provided to me, they tried to tell me that I had agreed to their services online, which I did not unless I am a sleepwalker. I am now in the process of going back over my bills to determine how long this has been going on. I do believe that this constitutes internet fraud and I would like to find out what is being done about this.
A class action suite is called for since I discovered that I am only one of many who this has happened to. I intend to call my local television stations, some of whom have stories of fraud.
