I was also ripped off by Kristy and Matt Buchanan dba K&M Enterprises. To make a very long story short. I obtained them from Criag's List to do remodeling on my home. My wife and I met with Matt twice, and me like an idiot, gave him 1800.00 down payment on the work performed. He was supposed to perform the work while we were out of town, and all I received were excuses, father died in Belize, truck dead, etc. He then stopped responding to E-Mails and phone calls.
I intend to pursue this to the end. Even though I was stupid, I don't want anyone else ripped off by them. I would be more than happy to be contacted by the news media regarding them. I am filing in civil court, but that takes a lot of time.
