A.S.A.P. Was to move me from Texas to Massachusetts in a three day span. They made clear that this was a regular trip for them so it really wasn't a big deal. I signed a contract stating the delivery date and left Texas before pickup.
My husband was present during pickup where they made him sign another contract stating the delivery could take up to 21 days. And it actually took 23 days.
I was 8 months pregnant living in an apartment with no furniture for almost a month and when the furniture did arrive it was after they had scheduled delivery twice. One of which they never called and never showed up. My calls were not answered.
I had broken furniture and missing furniture. Not to mention if you think the truck on their website will be housing your belongings you've been fooled. They took my belongings from Texas and put everything directly in storage where it waited for a random truck driver with extra room to pick it up. There was an argument between the truck driver and A.S.A.P. Staged on speaker phone in my living room, including yelling and swearing. The truck driver even tried to trick me into paying him instead of the moving company because they owed him money.
All together my job was about $1500 more than the original agreement, delivery was late by 20 days, and dealing with the company was an unbelievable arrangement that I couldn't even reenact.
