Non-delivery of furniture and furnishings, refusing to deliver rip off

A.Y. Transport was contracted by National Movers to move my belongings. The delivery was four days late with many items broken and missing. The driver Barak said he had seen some of the items I reported missing in his lost and found storage room. He said he would call me back after he returned to his work.

He contacted me and said he had located some of my missing belongings but he was unable to deliver them at this time and would not be able to deliver them until it was convienent for him. I have alrady paid for the delivery and they are refusing to deliver my belongings. The original date of delivery turned out to be on June 2.

I have contacted customer service and they said I would have to work it out with the driver. I also had a contract that if the weight of my move was less than the estimate my bill would be adjusted. Once the delivery was made I showed the driver that my quote was too high and the contract the had been sent to me by National and he said I would not be reimbursed by A.Y. Transport. I spoke to a customer service rep at that time and they told me the same.
