First of all. Everyone should know Paypal and Ebay are one company. The have the same interest. These two company are depending on sellers to make profits. Ebay charges seller fee for selling items on their web site. Paypal charges sellers handling fee for collecting fund from buyers. Because of this relationship, their revenue come from sellers totally. These two company will not be on your side if dispute happened. You will not have a live person to talk to and you will be hanged for 30 to 60 days.By the end of the process, you will be lucky to just get a partial refund.
I want to take this opportunity to warn all buyers to use their own credit card (not the card issued by eBay or Paypal) to make payments for items purchased or won from eBay. If dispute occurs and you are not satisfy with Paypal's solution, all you need to do is make one call to your credit card company. Your credit card company most likely will be on your side. It will be whole lot faster and to your favorite.
By the way, Paypal will encourage you to become a verified member. A verified member will have to agree to the funding from your savings or checking account.
