Met with Doug from Elite Custom Cleaning on 12/4/07. Was promised complete cleaning of ducts.
12/5/07 my downpayment check of $197 (50% of total) was cashed.
12/8/07 Cleaner showed up saying I must have misunderstood & if I really wanted the services I thought I was promised, it would be an additional $300. I said absolutely not & requested a refund.
1 month later, I"m not able to contact this company—#'s are no longer in use and can't find any info on internet.
