The last straw for me is that the BuySafe logo on thier page is a fraud, according to BuySafe's page. Go to Buysafe.com, click on the "Buyers" tab at the top of the page, then choose "Verify a Seal" from the menu at the left. I've done it 3 different ways but BuySafe keeps telling me that this is a pirated logo & I should report the fraud.
I'll be contacting my card company tomorrow to file a complaint of theft by deception. I believe this company is a total sham. Even if they are so busy they can't personally take my calls or respond to my emails, a real business would at least have some sort of automated response system to stroke me & try to convinve me that I'm not being ignored & ripped off.
Besides, they were able to process the charge to my card within 10 hours of me placing an order so if they have time & staff enough to steal my money, putting a freakin dvd in a box & taking it to the Post Office isn't exactly an impossible feat, right?
I placed an order on 12/12/07 & my card was charged the same day. On 12/14/07, I received an email that my order had shipped but it didn't contain any tracking info or identify the shipper.
I have emailed them twice through their site & once through Google Checkout requesting tracking info. No response. I have called them multiple times but their phone service is just a ploy. No matter which menu selection you choose, it tells you that nobody is available, please email or use the live help feature on the site.
Well, the live help is unavailable 24/7 but still I left a message there. No response. All of this makes me wonder if this company even really exists? How do you run a business by ignoring people & being out of contact when you have taken their money?
I was having my order shipped to my office. DHL, UPS & FedEx are in my office multiple times per day, including Saturdays. And my office is next door to the Post Office so I know we're getting all packages from USPS. For these reasons, I truly doubt that my order shipped on 12/14, as stated in the one & only email I have ever received from NaxpMedia.
