My son purchased an iPod Touchfor $156.06 from this so called company and received his "buySAFE" Guarantee number along with an order number. Three days later, he checked on his order and the company website had a notice that they had GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. The company wasted no time deducting the funds from his credit card account. I have spent the last two days dealing withChristopher Smith, Account Management of buySAFE, Inc. (888-926-6333 ext. 149) who keeps referring me back to the website asking me to register and asking me to try to contact the merchant (both of which I have done). It appears that we're just going to keep getting the run around. Hopefully, our credit card company will help.
Unfortunately, the only advise I can give to my son is not to do business with Daniel Hines and/or anyone affiliated with buySAFE!
