On-line fraud. Company charged my card, but never sent the order. No returned phone calls, e-mails, on line "chat" service unavailable. Miami

I placed an order for the China Beach dvd box set from Naxpmedia on Dec. 22 2007. My card was charged on the 23rd of Dec. (next day) and I was issued a tracking number for UPS. One week passed still no package, so I contacted UPS. They said they neither received nor picked up this order and that I need to contact Naxpmedia.

I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to contact them. I have called numerous times, all times of day, message just says "full". I have e-mailed repeatedly, and receive no response. They have an on-line customer service "live chat" which I have repeatedly tried, that does not work. I now see that I am not the only one who this has happened to.

What a scam! I have reported Naxpmedia to the BBB Miami, and the FTC. I urge all affected to do the same. I am out of ideas as to how I will get my money back. Any insight on this matter would be greatly appreciated. If any lawyers out there see this, there are many people who have been scammed by Naxpmedia.com just like me, and it seems that some sort of action would be beneficial for all.
