I Placed an order with stylerunway.com on December 4. They Charged my bank account on December 9th and then again on the 10th. I have contacted them via phone six times. Every time I call I never get to speak with someone, so I have left a message every time. I then went on the site and also sent an email which they state they will respond within 48 hours.
They never responded to my email either. Twice I went to the site to receive online help and waited an hour each time and no one responded.
I did receive the merchandise I ordered, but there was no invoice in with my order and the shipping address was from China so I had no way of contacting them via mail. The amount of my order was $408.69 and that is the amount that they charged me twice. I just want my money back in my account.
