On 12/22 I contacted stylerunway to inquire about the authenticity of the items listed and was assured via chat with Jacob that the items were exactly as listed and that they don't sell inspired by items. I purchased a Chanel Lily purse and a Burberry purse online from stylerunway based on that information. I did save the chat on my pc and printed out a copy. After submitting the order I received an email stating the items would be shipped after the funds were verified and received and on 12/22 I received the email stating that the funds were approved and that my items were being prepared for shipping. The email stated I would receive another email telling me when the items shipped. I have not received another email from them and I haven't received a response to the message that I left stating just that. I paid a total of $520.49 to this company and received nothing in return. Help me if someone out there has experienced this and was successful in getting their money back.
