I paid 15.50 to get a lifetime membership. I never received a comformation email, and cannot login

I paid $15.50 us dollars for a lifetime membership to this site. They charged my credit card, took my money, and never even sent me a comformation email. They did give me a password. When I went to login, it will not accept my code or password. They have no phone number or any contact information at all. I guess you 'live and learn'!
