Last Tuesday I paid $33 by credit card, which was the first month's membership fee. A few minutes later, I got a automated email message from them saying I had to change my user name, and until that happened my profile would not be activated.

Anyway, I immediately replied but never heard from them again. The profile is still inactive. I emailed support again three more times over the last week, I also phoned their customer support desk several times.in fact the last time I phoned, their phone message machine was full. I suspect they have gone bankrupt and left their offices.
I am going to ask my credit card provider to reverse the payment of course.
