$500 Withdrawn After Contract Ended and Support Hung Up Seven Times

Dish Network took 500.00 out of my account I called to ask why since my contract was over and I didn't owe a bill. I asked to talk to somebody higher and they hung up on me 7 times so they can't tell me why the charge or help me in anyway and you can't get anybody you can understand on the phone
I don't know what to do.
