I moved from Los Angeles to Virginia in August. I spoke with Natalie Trump from Arrowflight Van Lines after seeing that the Better Business Bureau gave this company a B grade (normal for a moving company). She said that ArrowFlight would be in Virginia 7-10 days after they picked up my things.
First, I had to pay more money than they quoted me. I found out that without my knowledge or consent, they had used another moving company (ALL AMERICAN VAN LINES in Florida) to transport my things. Then, I could not get ahold of the driver of the truck to find out when my belongings would be delivered. The dispatcher (goes by Aaron or Ron) then began telling me that it would be 7-10 more days.
Two days later I received a phone call from the president of the company, Raphael, who told me the driver was "missing" with all of my things. Two weeks later, the police found the driver and put him in jail, but the trailer with all of my belongings was nowhere to be found.
We went to the two addresses they have listed (one on their website, a different one on my contract with them), and there were no offices at either location. On the phone, Arrowflight refused to reimburse me for anything—not even the moving costs I had given them when they picked up all of my things! About one month later, they disappeared. Their phone numbers are disconnected and even their website is gone. They might be still working under 123 Movers.
I never did receive any of my belongings. All of my pictures, clothes, furniture, kitchen supplies, EVERYTHING is gone.
