I accepted the trial offer for membership to Fun Family Rewards on Aug. 7th and cancelled on Sept 20th and was told there would be no charge, which was true. Within that time period, I made a purchase on Sept. 6th of about $189.00 in the JC Penney Salon, which, according to the terms of membership, should have rewarded me 2, $20.00 Penney's gift cards or ($1.00 reward for every $4.00 spent in the salon).
I sent my reciept along with the required coupons which I had to fill out showing the qualifying purchases. Weeks later, I recieved everything back which I has sent in, along with a letter saying that the purchases, "had to have been made in the Salon". The receipt clearly showed that those purchases were made in the salon. I called Fun Family Rewards and was told to re-mail the information and put it to the attention of a particular person, I'm sorry to say I did not keep that person's name. To date, I have not receive any gift cards nor any correspondence. I called again and was told that, "no record was showing that I had resubmitted my information". I find that hard to believe. All the help I was given was the fax number to send a letter of complaint.
