Taking illegal donations of a Runescape account and in exchange making them a staff (higher powered) charater in the game and then stealing the given account and banning their ip adress from the game.internet

The owner aka "Zant" has a game which is pretty much ripped off of runescape "runescape.com" which is illegal. Also he takes "donationes" (not really donations) of runescape accounts and in exchange makes the member of his game a staff member (higher powered player). Then he changes the password on the runescape account and ip bans the member from his game therefor stealing their runescape account and has an illegal game.
