I was looking for a copy of an old game, Lexibox Deluxe. THis company said they had it. A person is required to "register" with email and password, okay. Then they want name and credit card info in case you make a purchase later and so they can verify address - yeah, right. They promise, in writing, not to charge the card unless the person actually makes a purchase. I did not find the game and I did NOT make ANY purchase. I immediately tried to cancel the account and got caught up in a "limbo" of member/not-a-member, could not sign in or re-register. NO way to get support.
They charge you to delete the account, one time they say $. 90 cents, another time $1.00. They charged me $8.00 for... What? I didn't buy anything. Remember they advertise they will not charge your card UNLESS you make a PURCHASE and now they have charged me TWICE. I plan on contesting the charges at my bank.
