Back in April I hired In and out moving to move me from one state to another. They came, three hours late, boxed my items up and told me they would deliver my items May 1. I rushed down to meet them so I would not have to pay any additional charges. Well they called to say they would be late, well then I never heard from them for three days. I left several messages, with someone will get back to you. Well after 10 days they finally showed up. They started to unload my items, recognizing items were broke, and missing off the bat. The mover suggested giving me something from their next stop. I said no. After it was all over with, I went in to unpack, and 60% of my items were broke, or just missing. I called In And Out moving and they said that they had no idea. I said that is why i am calling. Then they told me the manager was out of the office and all claims go through him. I tried for a week straight to reach him. He is a coward and would not take my call. They refered me to their claims office "Claims Processign Center" (which is a joke and has several files against them) I filled out all the paperwork, and jump through their hoops. Well to date i have heard nothing but lip service from both parties. Its December and i still do not have my stuff, nor a check for damaged items. This place is horrible and they will rip you off and someone needs to stop them.
