Moving Cost: Nation Wide Relocation services, gave us an
estimate for 7000 lbs and it turned to be 12000 lbs, to move from NY to OH on Oct 22nd 04
They sent a small truck from (rent arms and legs company) to pick up the stuff that did not fit
everything, we had to struggle with them to get
another truck next day.
They were supposed to deliver between Nov 1st and Nov 9th. We kept calling them and calling Jack from (Rent arms and legs) who was extremely violent and rude. He cursed us and said that we might never see our stuff again!!!
Finally some other mover delivered our stuff on NOV 13th we got our stuff (missing major items) and some items completely damaged!
They said they forgot the rest of the stuff in the
storage!!! Customer service is no help at all. So far we
do not even have a date if the rest of the stuff is
coming... What kind of a moving company is that?
Damage Resulting = Bedroom dresser is damaged, dinning
table missing, mattresses and mattress frame and box is
missing, plastic bin of tools is damaged. Office is
totally damaged.
