In June I had a cable guy visit to check a box because I couldn't get Demand he added an extra box on my file at that time. I didn't realize he did this until I received my bill and noticed I was being charged for 5 boxes instead of the 4 I had for over 1 1/2 year.
I called in July to let them know and it took them 5 months to remove this charge from my bill. Everytime I called the CSR (customer service rep) would take the information and try to give me a refund which was taken back the next month by the company because they wouldn't let me get a refund until they found the missing box. That box was probably given to someone else by the cable guy and charged to me. I told them to disable the box and if someone had it they would call in and they could find it. Five months later and still no refund they claim they have disabled the box. I called almost every week for this 5 month period and could not speak to a supervisor or anyone other than the CSR answering the phones who really didn't know what they were doing. I guess that's why I kept getting credit and someone in the office kept taking it away they said until they find the box I had to pay for it. They should have a number for serious problems. Once the CSR realized who I was and seen I was a problem customer I was disrespected and lied to. Also the CSR's are always offering specials like Showtime for $4.95 a month after the special is discontinued and charge you the $14.99 regular price try getting that refund after being charged a month ahead. Being charged a month ahead you never know what you are paying for and if there's a refund you never see it. If this wasn't the only cable company in town other than getting a dish I wouldn't bother with them.
