I canceled all services with Comcast in Oct. 2009 and was due a refund of $172.97, which is guaranteed by their billing department in 4-6 weeks. I received my refund check Dec. 17. It took them FOURTEEN months to pay me my refund. When I asked where the interest was for using my money for over a year, Rita, Supervisor 9C5, told me that they are "not a banking institution and I got my money, didn't I?" She also told me that I should "read my bill to understand their policies before calling".

I have had FIOS for a year and have never been happier than to have Comcast out of my life forever.By far, the WORST cable company ever.
