I received a phone call from eValuation Solutions to perform a SAME DAY BPO (Broker Price Opinion) in Saugus, Ma. They quoted me a fee of $65. I logged on to their system to send all the information and the stated fee had mysteriously changed to $60. I queried and received an e-mail stating the $65 will be paid. That was back in July. Not only did they not pay the $65, they did not pay ANYTHING.
My office administrator told me to write it off as a "Fly by Night" Florida company. I hope no other real estate broker gets RIPPED OFF by this "Fly by Night" company.
