Im a Realtor in the Cincinnati Ohio area and I perform Broker Price Opinions for several companies located around the United States.
Evaluation Solutions or https://www.evalonline.com/home.php solicited me over the phone to perform (BPOs) or Broker Price Opinions for their company in June. I agreed to perform these services and completed my first BPO on June 24th. The following month passed without payment so I started contacting each of the different individuals working for Evaluation Solutions who solicited me for the different jobs. I called and emailed to ask about the status of my payments since they didnt have a process on their website so show the payment status like other companies do. Each time they would say, let me check for you, and then tell me they werent sure why I had not been paid. They would give me their standard answer to say, let me look into it and Ill call you back shortly. Being a reasonable person I took their word for more than it was worth, and each time I gave them another couple of days to get back with me. I continued to call and email every couple of days with no answer as to why I havent received a payment for my services.
I stopped performing BPOs for Evaluation Solutions on August 15th after completing my 7th BPO. They continue to solicit me to perform their BPOs knowing that I havent been paid for any of the prior work. This company and its agents knowingly solicit real estate agents to perform BPOs knowing they will never be paid for their services! In my opinion this is company and its agents are knowingly committing fraud and should be put out of business immediately. I have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager; the accounting department; or anyone with authority and Im always told the manager will call me back and never has to this day. The company owes me $425 dollars and its been almost 5 months since I started inquiring about my payments, and to speak with a manager, but I still have not been contacted by anyone with authority.
Ive given Evaluation Solutions more than 90 days to make payment and they still will not respond to my inquiries. Ive put every employee that has called me to do more BPOs on notice that their company, and now "they" will be carrying out an unethical and fraudulent practice by soliciting me to perform more work knowing they will not pay for my services. This proves that the employees knowingly rip off real estate agents by negotiating a price for each particular BPO when the companys intent is to not pay for these services.
I wish to bring forth a formal complaint against the primary agent, and managers listed for Evaluation Solutions who knowingly continue to rip off real estate agents around the United States.
